We can teach it, too, if you need us to.
We can teach the subjects your business needs, according to your requirements. This generally includes the theory and, where requested, the related practical work.
The fundamentals of artificial intelligence
For someone who has not used AI before, or has only typed in a question, requested an image or used it to find a place. No IT background is required.
What you will learn
- What AI is actually good for, and where it is not: when it speeds things up and when it can mislead.
- How to ask questions that produce usable answers rather than generalities.
- How to check a result: a confident answer is not necessarily a true one.
- What may and may not be entered: customer data, passwords and business secrets.
- Examples for daily work: email, summaries, spreadsheets and help with searching.
What you take away: You leave with a few tasks drawn from your own work that you can then complete more quickly.

Practical training for online-store owners
For people who run an online store and spend too much time on routine maintenance or making sense of the data.
What you will learn
- Maintaining product content: updating descriptions, properties and categories faster.
- Making repeated edits in bulk rather than product by product.
- Reading store data: what sells, what does not, and where customers drop out.
- Producing analysis whose figures can still be checked, not merely presented attractively.
- Preventing automated updates from damaging existing data.
What you take away: You leave with an exercise carried out on your own store and a habit of checking changes that helps protect your data.

Building an AI-agent system
For someone who wants to do more than use a tool: they want to build their own system that can take on assigned tasks. We teach the principles and pitfalls that apply regardless of the tools chosen.
What you will learn
Beginner level — for someone who has not built such a system before
- How this differs from a conversational assistant.
- How to get started: installation on your own computer and the first working system.
- How it receives work, and how its owner can find out what happened.
- How several agents can work at once, and what it means to coordinate them.
- What not to give an agent during its first week.
Advanced level — for someone who already has a working system
- The most common pitfalls, and why some emerge only in live use.
- Why automated checks alone are not enough, and when a person must inspect the result.
- How to discover that the system is doing something other than what we believe it is doing.
- Using models appropriately: which to use when, and where resources are wasted.
- Cost, speed and reliability: which trade-offs are worth making.
What you take away: You leave with a working system and a list of the mistakes it is most likely to make first.

Business fundamentals in one day
When starting a business, it is easy to think that taking the first step was the hardest part. Daily operations reveal how many basic questions need attention in sales, commerce and legal matters. This one-day, small-group course brings together the most important ones.
What you will learn
- What to watch in sales and commerce so the work generates an appropriate return.
- Common legal and administrative pitfalls that few people mention when a business is starting.
- A common mistake in deciding whether a business is worthwhile: two items tend to be left out — the value of the responsibility you take on (including the potential financial consequences, such as a penalty) and your own time, together with the stress it can involve.
- How to include these factors in pricing and decisions from the outset.
What you take away: You leave with your own calculation of your business's real costs and returns.

Excel fundamentals: summarising data and building clear spreadsheets
Summarising daily data in Excel does not require complicated functions. We teach the essentials in a three-hour course; individual training is also available on request.
What you will learn
- A small set of functions for summarising your own data quickly, without complex formulas.
- How to visualise what you need to see in the simplest way, so you can build it yourself.
- When to use AI and when your own spreadsheet is faster. AI can create much of this today, but knowing how to build a table quickly from your own data can save effort and remove uncertainty about an automated answer.
What you take away: You leave with a working summary spreadsheet built from your own data.
