FeQSoft
Business development, executive support, websites, marketing, process improvement, AI solutions and training for small and medium-sized businesses.
Every service is intended to help your business develop faster, operate more clearly and achieve better results. You do not have to start with all of them: choose the one that answers your current situation.
From inside a business, the next obstacle can fill the whole view because day-to-day operations demand so much attention. An outside adviser does not know the business better than its owner; they simply see it from a different position. Looking at the whole system can reveal that some apparent obstacles do not need to be worked around at all.

We review the full business process and focus development on the areas that matter most.

Targeted analysis or ongoing consultation for important business decisions, including online sessions.
Ten areas examined in a marketing audit, followed by four criteria for prioritising findings: impact, urgency, cost and feasibility.
Often the problem is not a missing tool but that the tools and resources already in place are not coordinated: an advert leads somewhere different from what the social page promises, while the website tells a third story. An ecosystem means these parts work together and that each contribution can be measured. A few examples of the channels we support:

Systems designed to be found, searched, measured and used to support sales.
A review of marketing and sales: where effort is being lost and where improvement could come fastest.
Based on a specialist audit, we identify bottlenecks and optimise operational processes.
AI agents and assistants tailored to your company's own processes, documents and approval rules. Not a generic demonstration, but useful, permission-based solutions under human oversight.
For each area, we explain what it can do for your business, what we do and what you receive. Choose the topic that matters most now: the button opens the contact form with that topic already selected. Where an external specialist is needed, we bring one in from our expert network and identify them in advance.
Search, advertising and campaigns: first, potential customers have to find their way to you.
People searching for something today tend to choose from the first few results and rarely look much further. Search engine optimisation helps your business appear for the terms your customers actually use. We align the content and the technical foundations of the website to make that possible. Results usually take longer than advertising, but the benefit can continue even while you are not spending on ads.
A Google ad can appear while someone is actively looking for your product or service, when buying intent is already present. We identify the relevant search terms, write the ads and set up measurement, so you can see which terms bring enquiries and which only use up budget. From then on, the campaign can be reviewed and adjusted each week rather than run on guesswork.
On Facebook and Instagram, people are not necessarily searching for you; your message reaches them. The image, message and choice of audience matter. We set up the campaign structure, create or select the visuals, and keep checking which versions work. This turns the advertising budget into learning for the next campaign rather than simply money spent.
When channels run separately, they can compete with each other, and it becomes hard to tell what actually brought in a customer. A campaign strategy aligns advertising, content and timing around one business goal, including seasonal factors. We can manage the whole process, from planning through to the monthly review.
Brand identity, digital surfaces and imagery: the appearance people judge in just a few seconds.
Sometimes differentiation is the aim, and a template will not get you there. Our in-house designer creates the brand identity and interface designs around the nature of your business and its audience. We hand over the source files, so the work can continue later, including with another supplier.
AI-generated options let us try more directions in the same amount of time. Selection and the final design remain human decisions: the machine proposes possibilities, not approvals. This is most useful when you need to see quickly which directions are worth considering.
The machine handles variations and routine work; the designer is responsible for decisions and quality. We agree the approval points in advance, keeping the process quick without drifting away from the brand. The aim is the same standard of result with fewer rounds.
A campaign rarely needs just one image. It may need portrait, landscape and square versions with different messages. We can create the required images without a photo shoot or to complement existing photography, delivering each in the right dimensions. If a real photograph is needed, we say so in advance rather than trying to replace it.
Video, television and radio: for when words and still images are not enough.
Moving images are a powerful format: the same message can reach many more people in video than in text. We develop the script and produce the edited final material in separate formats for the website, advertising and social channels. We can also work from footage you already have.
Television can still work, but only when the audience and budget justify it. We plan the creative work, coordinate production and prepare the media buying. If the numbers show that another channel is likely to deliver more for the same budget, we will say so.
Radio usually reinforces a campaign already under way rather than standing alone; it can offer good reach at a relatively low cost. We write the script, produce the audio advert and prepare the placement plan. Building local awareness is one of its most common uses.
Landing pages, lead follow-up and measurement: this is where traffic either becomes business or does not.
Advertising brings the visitor; the landing page determines whether that visit becomes an enquiry. We build a page around one action and set up measurement to show where people stop. That shifts the question from whether the ad is good to where potential customers are being lost.
Many missed opportunities are not lost because someone said no, but because nobody followed up. A customer-tracking system and email automation help ensure that every enquiry receives a response and no one is forgotten. The workflow can run without repeated manual work, while each case remains visible.
The figures often exist, but across five different places, and nobody has time to pull them together. We bring traffic, advertising and sales data into one view, making it easier to see what works. We pair it with a regular management summary written in plain language, not just a raw spreadsheet.
Where routine work takes measurable time, it is worth examining what an assistant could take on. Examples include sorting quotation requests, checking invoices against orders, searching internal documents, preparing reports and drafting customer-service responses. We start with one process, measure the time saved and only then consider the next one.
The “Can be accelerated with AI” label means that an assistant can speed up part of the work, not that a machine completes it independently. Approval points remain, and decisions stay in human hands here too, as described in the AI section.
