A good online store starts with product-data design
At the planning stage, we define categories, attributes, variants, required product fields, filters and naming conventions. Products are then easier to find and compare, while later bulk uploads, integrations and marketing need less correction.
Why build or improve an online store with us?
We built our first website more than twenty years ago. Since then, we have built and operated many websites and online stores. This experience is not merely technical: we also see how these systems are developing and what is likely to remain maintainable years from now.
In our experience, the hardest problems for online stores are often not in the interface but behind it: maintaining the database, adding products and analysing the data needed for decisions. Smaller companies do not always have an enterprise system for this.
This is where we can add more. With AI support, we build interfaces that make this work considerably easier. AI supports the human work, which also helps us offer favourable terms. If requested, we can take on certain data-maintenance tasks and provide a guarantee for the tasks we undertake. We also know the Microsoft environment — Excel and related business tools — so we can connect to existing systems.
For a business running or starting an online store, we therefore build more than a shopfront: we put a substantial back-end and data-analysis system behind it. For a new store this starts on day one; for an existing store it forms part of its further development.
However small the task, we approach it with a view of the whole business. We have most of the relevant expertise in-house, so even a limited piece of work is designed with an understanding of the business structure behind it. If a request would benefit from a change, we say so before the work is completed.

We have an old website and do not want a completely new one. Can you still help?
Yes. We assess the existing site and build on it. Targeted improvements and additions often achieve more than rebuilding. If a new site would be the better choice, we explain why.

We do not choose out of habit. The business goal, required features, scope for expansion and total lifetime cost determine the decision. After an initial discussion, we make a reasoned recommendation.
