Convenience translation: this English version is provided for information. The Hungarian version is authoritative. The registered company name, address and identifiers are reproduced unchanged.
Hungarian source effective date: 15 September 2026. English translation and technical clarification prepared: 19 September 2026. This notice covers the contact and appointment-request forms on feqsoft.hu, requests to subscribe to the newsletter, the technical operation of the website, Google Analytics statistical measurement subject to consent, and Meta Pixel measurement subject to separate marketing consent.
1. The data controller
„FeQSoft” Informatikai és Marketing Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság
Registered office: 1149 Budapest, Kopja utca 7. 1. em. 3. ajtó
Company registration number: 01-09-720496
Tax number: 13136086-2-42
Email: info@feqsoft.hu
2. Contact form and direct enquiries
The form may process your name, company name, email address, optional telephone number, selected topic and message. The website form does not accept file attachments: images and PDFs cannot be uploaded. For an appointment request, you may also give your preferred contact method, requested day and suitable time of day. Your name, email address, message and consent are required to send the form.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry, arrange the contact or appointment requested and — if you ask us to — prepare a proposal or collaboration.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); where a contract or proposal is being prepared, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
Storage: the website does not save submitted form data in the WordPress database. The message reaches FeQSoft by email. We retain correspondence about an enquiry for up to 12 months after it has been closed, unless longer retention is required because of a contract, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Recipients: designated FeQSoft staff and the website hosting and email providers acting as processors, only to the extent needed to provide the technical service. We do not move contact details onto a marketing mailing list or sell them for an independent purpose.
3. Request to subscribe to the newsletter
For a newsletter-notification request, we may process an optional name, email address and separate consent. Purpose: to record and acknowledge the subscription request. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The website does not save the data in a separate WordPress subscriber database; the request reaches FeQSoft by email. This form does not, by itself, activate automatic marketing messages. The request may be retained until consent is withdrawn, and for no more than 30 days to complete activation or deletion. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@feqsoft.hu.
4. Technical operation and security logs
To maintain the security, troubleshoot problems and ensure the availability of the website, the web server may briefly log technical data, particularly an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider and authorised FeQSoft collaborators may access the logs; we keep the data only for as long as necessary.
Form security and Cloudflare Turnstile: the contact, appointment-request and newsletter-request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) to help distinguish people from automated submissions. This is a security check, separate from the optional statistical and marketing measurement categories. The Turnstile script can contact Cloudflare when a protected form is loaded, independently of your GA4 or Meta consent choices.
Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser/User-Agent information, TLS fingerprint and the website origin. The form server verifies a short-lived token with Cloudflare before accepting a submission; the name, email address and message are not included in that verification request. Cloudflare acts as a processor when protecting this website and as a controller for its own improvement of Turnstile’s bot-detection capability. Its processing and international-transfer terms apply; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The purpose is to prevent spam and abuse and keep the forms available. FeQSoft relies on its legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for this security processing. A separate, short-lived rate-limit marker is derived from the requesting IP address using a keyed hash; it expires after one minute. It is not a stored copy of the submitted name, email address or message.
5. Google Analytics 4
The website starts Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) only if you enable the “Statistical measurement” category. If you reject or turn off that category, the Google Analytics code does not load.
Purpose: aggregated statistics on visits and use, and measurement of website activity leading to contact.
Data processed: page and event-use data, session statistics, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, and a client identifier created by Google. FeQSoft does not send the name, email address, telephone number or message entered on a form to Google Analytics.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The browser's local storage keeps your decision for each category, the time of the decision and the version of this notice under the key feqsoft_measurement_consent_v2 until you change your decision or clear your browser data. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.
Cookies and retention: after consent, Google Analytics typically uses the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_*; their default lifetime may be up to two years. The event- and user-data retention setting for FeQSoft's Analytics property is 14 months. Google's consent signals for advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising are denied by default and remain denied after you enable the statistical category.
Google's own terms for data processing and international data transfers also apply to its service. Details: Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data safeguards.
6. Meta Pixel
The website loads Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) only if you enable the “Marketing measurement” category. If you reject or turn off that category, the Meta Pixel code does not load.
Purpose: to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram ads, website use and successfully submitted contact requests, and to assess campaign effectiveness.
Data processed: the URL of the page visited, the type and time of the measurement event, browser and device information, approximate location data, IP address and browser identifiers used by Meta. FeQSoft does not send the name, email address, telephone number or message entered on the contact form to Meta. The Lead event is triggered only after the server has successfully confirmed a form submission, without personal event parameters.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Decisions for statistical and marketing purposes can be given and withdrawn independently of one another through the “Cookie settings” interface at the bottom of the page.
Cookies and data transfers: after consent, Meta Pixel may typically use the first-party cookie _fbp and, following an ad click-through, _fbc. Meta's own terms for data processing, retention and international data transfers also apply. Details: Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You may request information about and access to your personal data, ask for its rectification or erasure, request restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and — where the conditions are met — request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time; doing so does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@feqsoft.hu. We will respond without undue delay and, as a general rule, within one month.
8. Complaints and remedies
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes your rights, you may complain to the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; telephone: +36 1 391 1400; website: naih.hu. You may also bring a case before a court.
9. Automated decision-making and amendments
The website does not make automated decisions based on the data described here that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. FeQSoft may update this notice if its services or the legal environment change; the current version is available on this page.
