Alongside strategy, IT, marketing, sales, process and project management, we can bring in an industry, legal, financial, accounting or other specialist when needed. The partner is chosen for the specific task.
Supplier and professional audits
From an independent standpoint, we review whether an outside provider’s plan, method, costs, measurement and delivery serve the company’s goals. The audit is not fault-finding for its own sake; it aims to improve quality, transparency and value for money.
Project and process management
A sound plan creates no value if it is not carried out. We help manage tasks, dependencies, owners, deadlines and decision points, and coordinate the partners involved.
Executive consultation and expert review
Sometimes a leader needs not another document but a well-prepared, confidential thinking partner for regular discussion. We work through the issue, test assumptions and identify the next decision.
Doing the work well is not enough. It must happen at the right time.
In both places, a trench is dug properly and filled back in. In one, the pipe is in place; in the other, it is not. The same work, the same cost — except that one trench has to be dug again. Much of project management is precisely this: not doing everyone’s individual tasks for them, but safeguarding the sequence and timing while each person concentrates on their own part.

We have most of the relevant expertise in-house, so even a limited piece of work is designed with an understanding of the business structure behind it. If a request would benefit from a change, we say so before the work is completed.
