We provide executive advice and business consultations, and we can also take part in implementation after a decision has been made. Our four main areas are executive consulting; process and marketing audits; coordinating online operations; and delivery — including websites, online stores, IT and marketing work, and image and video production.

Executive consulting and decision support are also available to managers working in other corporate settings, in person or online. We can add particular value when business, marketing, web, IT or operational questions are connected rather than being isolated tasks.

We work in Hungarian, in Hungary and in Hungarian-speaking areas beyond Hungary’s borders. Consultations can be held in person or online.

A private, personal consultation with a company leader in which we think through a specific decision or internal problem together. It is neither a lecture nor a course: we discuss your situation, with a clear decision-making question at the end rather than general advice.

We also understand implementation. The person advising you has seen delivery from the inside, so the proposals are grounded in what can be put into practice.

Yes. Many people come with one question: whether to start a project, whether their marketing is heading in the right direction, or whom to trust with a development project. One conversation may be enough to give the decision a sounder basis.

Yes. The content of an executive consultation remains confidential and is not passed on to another client, even as an example or case study, unless you expressly permit it.

Independent specialist review of marketing activity. We examine what is happening, what can be measured and what may be consuming budget without producing a result. The outcome is not merely an opinion, but a prioritised set of measurable recommendations.

Ask for an independent specialist view before changing providers. In our experience, the agency is often not the problem: it may have delivered exactly what was requested, while the request did not address the real need. In those cases, we sit down with both parties to align goals and expectations; that often works better than changing agencies.

A review of day-to-day operations: where work stops, where effort is duplicated, and which steps may be suitable for automation. We put improvements in an order in which their effects can be measured.

It means the website, online store, advertising, social channels and measurement all work towards the same goal. In most cases, the issue is not a missing tool but that existing tools and resources are not coordinated.

Yes. We build WordPress websites, UNAS online stores and bespoke developments, including logo and brand-identity design where needed.

Because we do more than produce the pages. Before work starts, we ask questions that are often missed: whether the brand colours are defined, not only the logo; whether LinkedIn or another channel needs to be connected alongside Facebook; and whether measurement is needed now or should be prepared for later. These questions are inexpensive to settle early and costly to discover afterwards.

Yes. With our specialists, we can help resolve IT faults, investigate problems with data stored on computers and support purchasing decisions.

Yes. We produce images and video for advertising, websites and social channels.

A view of the wider business. We have much of the relevant expertise in-house, so we carry out even a small assignment with an understanding of the business structure behind it. If a request would benefit from a change, we tell you before completing the work.

Yes. Messages in an authorised Gmail/Workspace account can be sorted by topic and task and summarised. Access uses revocable permissions; we do not ask for a password, and external messages are sent only with approval.

During design, we define what the system may do automatically, what needs human review and where it must stop for a safety check. Higher-risk actions have a separate approval gate.

No. FeQSoft primarily serves the Hungarian SME sector, but leaders in other corporate settings can also request executive decision support. A specific decision or internal problem can be discussed confidentially in an online video meeting.

We primarily design AI agents and assistants for Hungarian SMEs and their leaders. We always start with the business’s real processes, data, responsibilities and goals; consultations are available in person and online.

Yes. A solution may use documents, spreadsheets and reports from designated Drive folders while accessing only content authorised in advance. Source references and logged processing can also be designed into its answers.

Yes, provided the source data is accessible and of suitable quality. It can prepare comparisons, trends, exception reports and management summaries. This supports decisions; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

A coordinated set of assistants, each designed for a defined task. Research, document processing, data analysis, reporting and task tracking can have separate roles, while access rights and human approval points are managed centrally.

No system can promise absolute security. FeQSoft reduces risk through role-based access, minimum necessary permissions, logging, revocable access, testing and documented human controls. The specific data-handling model is defined separately for each implementation.
