Marketing and sales guided by one business logic
Marketing is valuable when it has a clear role in attracting customers, supporting sales and reaching long-term business goals. That is why we think in connected strategic and operational steps, not isolated campaigns.
We know established methods and industry standards, but we do not want to copy them into an average result. We use current IT, AI and market knowledge to build a solution that is slightly better, faster or more accurately measurable at the points that matter most.
Five stages of the customer journey, each ending in a measurement point. Without measurement, a loss is invisible: all you see is the missing result.
- AttentionAdvertising, content, social media · measurement point
- InterestCampaign page, offer · measurement point
- EnquiryForm, call, message · measurement point
- PurchaseSales process · measurement point
- ReturnCustomer relationship, repeat purchase · measurement point
From strategy to operational delivery

- Analytics, dashboards and assessment of results
- Professional audits of external marketing partners
Marketing audit and independent expert oversight
As a business leader, assessing the quality of marketing can be difficult when it is not your own field. An outside contractor, a self-service platform or your in-house marketer may be doing the work, while you cannot easily tell when the specialist is right and when they are mistaken. We help by reviewing that work independently and professionally, identifying what needs improvement and, if appropriate, consulting with or further training your marketer.
When the agency is not the problem
We have been approached more than once because a company believed its marketing agency was underperforming. In these cases, we act as an intermediary: all three parties sit down together for a discussion with an advisory and performance-review focus. Often, the agency has done exactly what it was asked to do — but the request was not what the business actually needed. The answer is then not a new agency, but better alignment. That requires someone who understands both sides.
However small the task, we approach it with a view of the whole business. We have most of the relevant expertise in-house, so even a limited piece of work is designed with an understanding of the business structure behind it. If a request would benefit from a change, we say so before the work is completed.
Questions we are often asked
We spend money on advertising, but it brings few customers. Where should we start?
With a marketing audit. First we find out where potential customers are lost; only then does it make sense to spend more.
We already have a marketer. Is there still a reason to contact you?
Yes. We review the work from an outside perspective and, in our experience, the outcome is often better alignment rather than replacing the person.
