Not magic. The power of systems working together.
FeQSoft has been building its expertise since 2003. IT, systems, websites and online stores, data, marketing, media, project management and business development are not separate islands in our work. They create real value when they begin to work as one system, together with the client’s own knowledge.

Coordination and development
Shared outcome: helping the client achieve their goals through more stable, productive and coordinated operations.
* An area marked * can be supported by AI; the decision and final review remain in human hands.
The client knows their own market and has direct experience of it. When we add our business expertise, research and tools, the two forms of knowledge become more than they are separately: they complement and strengthen one another. Their combination generates new ideas and better decisions — and that is where the added value comes from in practice.
Artificial intelligence adds new possibilities: it can search, organise, analyse and prepare work more quickly. It does not replace experience, expert oversight or an executive decision. It makes existing knowledge easier to use and better connected.
We do not treat the different areas as unrelated tasks; we work with them as a system. This reduces the risk of having to redesign the work later.
A complex business problem is rarely solved in one sweeping move. It needs to be broken down: we examine where each area is getting stuck and address the smaller faults one by one. Those improvements then come together until the whole works as a system.
We are quick at identifying problems because we have seen many of them across different businesses — and they often recur. A significant share are human issues: conflict or sometimes a gap in knowledge that is difficult to recognise from inside the organisation because of bias, or uncomfortable for a leader to name. As external specialists, we can raise these matters without the internal tension. Understanding people and handling conflict are as much a part of our experience as business and technology.
When can results be expected?
- Days–weeksthe effect of clearly identifiable operational faults and quick fixes
- 3–12 monthstime for medium-sized improvements to take effect
- 1–2 yearscomplex organisational or market changes
The actual impact always depends on the starting point, the market and the pace of implementation.
You know your market best. What can we add?
We complement your industry and other experience with an external perspective developed across many situations, coordinated expertise from several fields, focused measurement and, where needed, industry specialists. By combining your resources with our relevant expertise and systems-based way of thinking, we help make your company’s operations more stable and productive.
We have extensive theoretical and practical experience in strategy, project management, IT, process management, marketing, internal communication and team motivation. Where needed, we also involve industry, legal or accounting specialists.
Experience in enterprise-scale IT development
For years, our project-management work and specialist expertise supported the implementation of a system forming the backbone of one of Hungary’s largest IT developments.
Many small improvements — even improvements of around 1% — can add up to a substantial result.
How we work
Assessment
Executive discussion and an understanding of processes, data and the market.
Quick fixes
We start with clear points of loss that can be corrected quickly.
Improvement programme
Priorities, owners, deadlines and project management where needed.
Measurement and refinement
We check the results, adjust the approach and measure again.
Measurement is not the end of the process; it is the input for the next round of improvement.
